ProblemThere was no way to show the Credit Report once its run.
SolutionCreate a quick Credit Report page that is OK to view with clients.
Credit Report
The current process involved receiving a difficult to decipher document that requires training to parse.
Data Used
Because the data supplied would drive the experience we started looking at the documentation and quickly started to map out what useful information was returened in the Credit Report Service. at this stage moving content around is simple.
MVP Prototype
Applying the existing design system to the quick content wireframes was easy and allowed us to iterate fast.
This is the prototype of the basic experience that would be displayed when the Credit Report Service is ran by the Loan Officer:

The data that was returned from the Credit Report service actually included much more detailed information that would be useful to the Loan Officer, including them in a quick expand and collapse would also fit into existing components, requiring less development.
