More Rates was a commonly requested feature making it simple yet easy to modify would be the key to making this product successful.

Wireframes

Working with a BA I created some simple wireframes, so that we could start narrowing down which bits of content should go where.
Synthesizing Feedback
There were several common questions that came up, this seemed like a simple fix: create a Frequently Asked Questions section. This would be a small development cost but would reduce the number of calls to a Loan Officer to support this step.

Medium Fidelity Prototype

Having a clickable prototype meant that we could immediately start pointing this feature and start working with Product to ensure that every story had a page in Figma, so that the Developers dont need to make any assumptions. This was especially important given that we were all co-located in different Time-Zones.

Configurable Elements
As soon as stakeholders saw the prototype they immediately suggested how specific clients would want to change this page, so it helped us understand the order of work and make sure that we were thinking of this in future prototypes.
